HOBBYWING North America offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products to ensure you are completely satisfied with your power system purchase. All returns must be in original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all manuals and components, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our North American distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
